Los Montesinos has officially confirmed the date for its Pride celebrations, with the event set to take place on 4 July.
The announcement marks the start of preparations for one of the town’s most popular annual events, which brings together residents and visitors for a day dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and equality.
Pride event returns this summer
Although organisers have not yet published the full programme, they have confirmed the return of several popular features from previous editions.
Among them is the Pride parade through the streets of Los Montesinos. Organisers introduced the parade last year and quickly turned it into one of the event’s most memorable highlights.
Organisers also plan an evening of live entertainment, bringing together locals and visitors for a night of performances and celebrations.

Officials will also unveil the official event poster and announce the artists and performers taking part in this year’s celebrations.

A growing event in Los Montesinos
Equality Councillor Nathalie Dubi said the event has become an important fixture in the town’s calendar.
She highlighted the growing number of participants each year and described the celebration as a reflection of the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that defines Los Montesinos.
According to Dubi, previous editions attracted strong public support and demonstrated the community’s commitment to equality, respect and diversity.
Celebrating progress while raising awareness
Although Pride is a celebration, organisers stress that it also provides an opportunity to highlight the ongoing challenges facing the LGBTQ+ community.
The event aims to recognise the progress achieved through years of activism while continuing to promote equal rights, freedom and social inclusion.
Dubi said Pride remains an important occasion for celebrating achievements while also highlighting the work needed to achieve full equality.
