Even better, admission is free, although you do need to register in advance.
The activity is a theatrical style game in which participants move through three themed spaces while interacting with different characters.
First, there is a garden filled with enormous sweets and chocolates where the first visual clues are hidden. Then comes a laboratory kitchen, complete with tubes, beakers and mysterious chests, where observation and creativity will be tested.
Finally, players enter a prototype office filled with objects and paintings that conceal the last puzzles and secret codes.
According to the Councillor for Youth, Anabel Garcia, the youngsters will journey through “three colourful and fantastical settings,” from giant sweets to bubbling laboratory tubes and a mysterious office brimming with riddles waiting to be solved.
Each game lasts around fifty minutes, which means many groups can take part throughout the day. There will be eight sessions daily, running in the morning and afternoon, from 10:00 until 14:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00.
To take part, you can register through the Chocolate Factory link on the Orihuela Town Hall website.
The Auditorio La Lonja is located at Calle Aragon, s/n, 03300 Orihuela. For more information contact the Town Hall Youth Department on +34 966 738 044 or email: electrónico: juventud@orihuela.es.
