How is your festive shopping coming along? If you need some inspiration, why don’t you take a peek at Elda’s Christmas Market for gift ideas and treats?

Now in its fifth year, the Elda’s Christmas market will run from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 December 2025 in Plaza de la Hispanidad.

Seventeen local businesses will set up in traditional wooden stalls, decorated with festive lights to create a cheerful atmosphere.

Elda’s Christmas Market: What you will find

According to Silvia Ibáñez, Councillor for the area, the market offers a wide and family-friendly range of products. Visitors can browse:

  • Books, handmade bags, perfumes, fruit baskets
  • Cheesecakes, waffles, pastries, chocolate, candyfloss
  • Wine, tapas, coffee, bread, cakes
  • Home fragrances, fashion, footwear, accessories
  • Personalised gifts and crafts

Entertainment for all

Children will be especially well catered for, with Disney characters like Mickey and Minnie, a vintage photo booth, Clown Edy, and a large Christmas photo backdrop. Local groups and dance academies will also perform throughout the weekend.

The market is open from 10:30 to 22:30, except on Friday 12 December, when it will open at 16:30 with a special inauguration.
