The network Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España (The Most Beautiful Villages of Spain) continues to grow in popularity, attracting 40 million visitors in 2025, a 2% increase on the previous year.
Spain’s most beautiful: Tourism trend
The 120+ destinations on Spain’s Most Beautiful Villages list are becoming a key part of cultural and rural tourism in Spain.
Of all visitors:
- 71% were from Spain
- 29% were international
The most common international visitors come from France, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands, with growing numbers from the United States, Portugal and Belgium.
