The countdown has started. Terra Mítica will reopen on 15 May for a brand-new season packed with pirates, knights, rollercoasters and Mediterranean adventure.
The popular theme park will once again open its five themed worlds, with attractions, live shows and several new additions for 2026.
Pirates lead the action
This season, the legendary pirate Barbarroja takes centre stage.
The famous corsair returns as the star of Terra Mítica’s flagship show, Barbarroja: El Tesoro Perdido. The performance combines pirates, action scenes and cinematic effects, making it one of the park’s biggest attractions.
Visitors can watch Barbarroja and his chaotic crew every afternoon in Iberia, one of the park’s best-known themed areas.
Over in Las Islas, another popular character is changing location. The Black Knight and his horse Carbón will now perform El Torneo in a brand-new auditorium.
Classic attractions return
Las Islas will also welcome back several favourite family attractions, including Los Rápidos de Argos, which opens from day one.
The Circo de las Mariposas show also returns to the Pandora auditorium.
Classic rides such as Arietes, the park’s famous dodgems, and Jabatos, the children’s version, will once again entertain visitors of all ages.
More than 30 attractions
Terra Mítica will reopen with more than 30 attractions, ranging from high-speed thrill rides to family adventures and children’s zones.
Top attractions include Titánide, Inferno, Infinnito, Las Cataratas del Nilo, Akuatiti and El Laberinto del Minotauro.
Visitors can also enjoy water rides, live entertainment and themed areas inspired by ancient Mediterranean civilisations.
