This immersive experience reveals more than 130 years of passion, craftsmanship, and family tradition.

Founded in 1998 and officially recognised in 2008 as the Valencian Chocolate Museum, the site began as a modest family factory. Today, it offers a window into the evolution of Valor Chocolates, from its founding in 1881 to its current status as a household name. Through five generations of master chocolatiers, the museum tells the story of how a small artisanal operation became a symbol of quality.

Inside, guests can trace the entire chocolate-making process. Exhibits include one of the country’s finest collections of chocolate-industry machinery, from early stone mills to modern equipment. You’ll see how technology and tradition blend to create everything from classic bars to luxurious bonbons.

The museum’s Exhibition Hall takes you deeper into the world of cacao itself, its origins, legends, and botanical secrets. Learn where it grows, how it’s cultivated, and how this humble fruit transforms into something magical.
