Pizza fans in Ibi have a new option for dinner, Domino’s Pizza has now opened its first restaurant in the town.
The new branch is on Avenida de Juan Carlos I and has created around 20 jobs. It also takes the chain’s total to 23 restaurants across Alicante province and 53 throughout the Valencian Community.
Customers can eat inside, collect an order to take home or have their pizzas delivered.
Opening offer for Ibi customers
To mark the opening, on 1 September, Domino’s launched a three-week promotion on medium pizzas for collection, with prices starting from €6.99.
The restaurant covers just over 130 square metres and has seating for 36 people. It offers the chain’s regular menu as well as newer additions, including its Madrizzima pizza base.
First-day sales support a local charity
The opening also provided a boost for a local organisation supporting people with disabilities and rare diseases.
Domino’s launched the restaurant with its Apertura con Causa (Opening with a Cause) initiative. All profits from sales on the first day will go to Adibi, the Asociación de Discapacidad y Enfermedades Raras de Ibi y Comarca (Ibi and District Association for Disability and Rare Diseases).
Adibi works locally to support people with disabilities and rare diseases, as well as promoting inclusion in Ibi and the surrounding area.
Domino’s continues to grow in Alicante province
The Ibi restaurant becomes the company’s 23rd location in Alicante province as Domino’s continues to expand its presence in the area.
For Ibi, the opening brings both another takeaway and delivery choice and around 20 new jobs.
The launch promotion could also tempt a few people through the doors over the coming weeks. Medium pizzas for collection start at €6.99, with the offer running for three weeks from the 1 September opening.
