The San Vicente del Raspeig Tapas Trail is back by popular demand!
The town, just outside Alicante, is once again turning into tapas heaven with the return of Tapa Pare Vicent. The route kicks off this Friday, 24 October, and runs until 16 November. Enjoy three glorious weeks of bite-sized indulgence.
This year, 14 restaurants, bars, and bakeries are taking part, each serving up a tapa inspired by San Vicente del Raspeig, the town’s patron saint. For just €4.90, you can enjoy one of these original creations along with a drink.
San Vicente del Raspeig Tapas Trail: Sweet treats
Adding a twist to the mix, this edition features three sweet tapas, showcasing the town’s growing passion for pastries and desserts. So whether you fancy something savoury, sweet, or both, there is plenty to explore.
Foodies can also get involved in the fun by voting online at tapaparevicent.es, where you will find details about each participating venue, their creations, and opening hours.
Your votes will decide The Most Popular Tapa, while a panel of expert judges will hand out awards for The Best Tapa from Pare Vicent, The Best Tapa from San Vicente, and The Most Creative Tapa.
Mayor Pachi Pascual praised the route as “a showcase of the creativity and skill of our professionals” and encouraged everyone to “enjoy this unique experience, which is quickly becoming a must for food lovers.”
