The festivities begin at midday in Plaza Encarnación Puchol, where visitors can enjoy live music and delicious food.
Throughout the morning and early afternoon, attendees to La Mata’s Iberian Product Day can sample meats, bread, and beer.
One of the day’s highlights is a ham raffle, adding a touch of extra excitement for everyone.
