A charity musical picnic party in Benissa will raise funds for Project 4 All, a Costa Blanca organisation that supports people facing homelessness, hunger and hardship throughout the year.
The event takes place at the OK Corral in Benissa Campo on Sunday 5 July. Doors open at 15:00, while live music from Jo Fuego & Friends starts at 16:00. Entry costs a €10 donation, and guests are welcome to bring their own picnic. Meanwhile, the venue bar will serve drinks throughout the afternoon.
Supporting vulnerable people
The fundraiser will help a charity whose work extends far beyond emergency
food assistance.
Project 4 All provides shelter, daily meals and long-term support that helps people rebuild their lives and regain independence.
In addition, the organisation operates food runs across the Costa Blanca, serves around 40 hot meals every day and manages accommodation projects for people experiencing homelessness.
More than emergency assistance
Benissa resident Arne Soeten founded the charity to offer practical help to people facing difficult circumstances.
As well as providing food and accommodation, Project 4 All helps people access healthcare, social services and routes back into employment and stable housing.
Volunteers offer a wide range of support, including clothing, sleeping bags, paperwork assistance and reintegration programmes. As a result, many beneficiaries receive help that addresses both immediate needs and longer-term challenges.
Join the fun
Organisers are encouraging people to book in advance to help with planning for the event.
