The Feria de Sevillanas is back, bringing a taste of Andalusia to the Costa Blanca. Pilar de la Horadada is getting ready for one of its most colourful events of the year.

A little bit of Seville on the Costa Blanca
Held each year, the fair transforms the town into a mini feria. Discover traditional Sevillian dress, live music and rows of decorated casetas.
Casetas are covered spaces, typically decorated with lanterns, lights, and shawls, mimicking the structure of a Sevillian Fair.
The event will run from 30 April to 3 May, kicking off in the evening with the official opening and lighting of the fairground.
From there, it is a steady mix of:
- Live flamenco and sevillanas performances
- Dance competitions for all levels
- Food stalls and tapas
- Bars serving the usual feria favourites
Feria de Sevillanas: Something for everyone
It is not just about dancing. There are usually activities for children during the
day, and plenty of space to sit, eat and watch everything going on.
You will also find the odd horse and carriage, plus a bit of a parade feel on some days, adding to that full feria atmosphere.

Entry is free, so you can pop in for an hour or stay all evening without worrying about tickets.
Even if you have never set foot in Seville, this gives you a pretty good idea of what a feria is all about.
